Information guests send

When you send an availability request or contact message, Divine Villa Zakynthos receives the details you provide, such as name, email, phone, dates, guest count and message content.

This information is used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a direct offer, coordinate arrival details and support your stay. It is not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Direct booking links

When you choose the online booking option, selected stay details may be passed to the booking engine so the same dates and guest count are ready there.

Optional advertising measurement

If you allow optional measurement, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel records page views, clicks on booking options and successful enquiry submissions. This helps us understand which advertising leads to genuine booking interest.

The pixel stores an attribution reference in a first-party cookie. When automatic advanced matching is available, supported contact details entered in a form may be normalised and securely hashed in your browser before measurement is sent; raw contact details are not sent through the pixel. You can continue without optional measurement or change your choice from the measurement settings.
