About Felicita Villa
Wake up to the sea, come home to quiet.
Felicita is shaped by light, glass and the olive groves around it. The rooms feel open, but the house remains private.
Built in 2023, the idea was simple: let the view do the work, keep the interiors calm and make every level comfortable to live in.
Sea-view ensuite bedrooms and the separate apartment give families and couples flexibility, while the lift connects the house from one level to the next.
