A family business built around homes we know well.
We are Spiros and Jamie. Zakynthos is our home, and hosting has grown from one villa into a small collection of three places with distinct characters: Divine Villa, Dream Villa and Felicita Villa.
We manage the villas ourselves. The person answering a question understands the rooms, the outdoor spaces and the practical details of arrival. That keeps communication simple and gives guests clear answers before they travel.
Some groups need space for a large family. Others want a quieter garden setting or open sea views. Our role is to help guests choose honestly, then make the stay feel well prepared rather than over-managed.
How we host
Personal where it matters. Quiet when it does not.
We answer directly
Questions about children, transport, pets or group arrangements reach the people responsible for the stay.
We stay close when needed
Guests have local support during their holiday while keeping the privacy that made them choose a villa.

Divine offers generous space for larger groups. Dream has the easy rhythm of a traditional villa with a green garden close to Laganas. Felicita brings sea views, a heated pool and a more intimate setting.
